Ate a meatball hot pocket at 10am at my lunch break, came down with a stomach ache at 4pm, followed by nausea, diarrhea, and vomiting. From start to finish 12 hours of severe illness.

My son vomited and got sick after eating Lucky Charms cereal. My 7yo son has had a spiked fever all day 102 temp since eating lucky charms Sat/ Easter Sunday 4/17. He started vomiting 🤮 at midnight and Dr. Confirmed gastrointestinal issues are cause of fever;
