Food Safety Reports: Teriyaki Madness, Coliseum Drive, Hampton, VA, USA

I ate there at about 7:30 on 11/29/24. Had the chicken teriyaki bowl with noodles and no veggies. I've been sick with diarrhea and vomiting since midnight and am correctly at the hospital for it. I ate nothing else after that and felt completely normal prior to eating there.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills
