Recurring Nausea, Gas Issues

Something happened at this location. I ate here last year and got very sick . Lots of gas and no matter what I eat I still have this gas uncomfortable feeling.
I tried them again yesterday to see if it was just me. But it’s something with there food.
I am reporting to state board  | Symptoms: Nausea, Gas
