Ate at the cafeteria pizza was left out to long This did not happen at the animal place. Sunday morning We ate at the cafeteria at southwest cafeteria They had pizza under a heat lamp don't know how long it has been out it was at the hospital cafeteria

Buffalo chicken salad, massive nausea, diarrhea, ate nothing 14 hours prior, 100% certain it’s from the hospital food.
