I ate on Sunday the beef stroganoff at work 30 minutes later I was profusely vomiting. To the point my husband had to pick me up from work. It lasted about 6 hrs no diarrhea and woke up next day fine. I vomited at work multiple times, and multiple times on way home and then at home.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Diarrhea

Inspectors found maintenance and cleaning issues in several areas of the kitchen. Floors had debris and residue under equipment and shelving in the dry storage area, cafeteria prep area, walk-in freezer, and walk-in cooler.
