9/29/2023. After eating 5oz salmon, salad w/ ranch dressing & green beans, rolls and butter and one draft beer. Symptoms: Incontinent w/ diarrhea x 3 in last 6 hours with abdominal cramps, nausea, and dehydration. I ate at Texas Roadhouse 1605 Staples Drive, Mesa, AZ 85204  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Cramps, Dehydration
