This was a take out order from Thai Dishes in Manhattan Beach, Ca. I ate all of the beef salad and about half of the Chicken TomYum soup. Within half an hour I had uncontrollable diarrhea that lasted on and off for about two hours.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea
