The fruit flan from there, My 3 year old complain about stamachache Wednesday morning. She was vomiting and having diarrhea all day. My 1 year old just having running belly on Wednesday. We bought the cake on Tuesday afternoon. They have been having the same food with adults except the cake.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
