Ate on September 3rd 2019. Had the mild buffalo wing with ranch dipping sauce, house salad with ranch dressing and unsweet iced tea. Approximately one (1) to two (2) after eating it felt like my insides just blew up. I had so much pain I first felt... See More like I was having a heart attack. then I had nausea, diarrhea and my blood pressure drop to 50/40. Became very weak . The Casino EMT was called and started working on me and do to the fact they were not able to get my blood pressure up they called the Cherokee County EMS. When the EMS arrived they were not able stabilized me and felt like it would be to long of a drive by emergency ambulance they requested Med- Trans Air Medical to transport me to Chattanooga, TN.
