I think I just got sick from the same exact thing from Pizza Hut. I had stored mine for a few days (in refrigerator) and right now I’m extremely regretting it 🤮 I googled storage time and it was well under the week recommended storing time.

I got a Mcdouble and 2 Mcchickens. The lettuce looked brown but I didn't realize it until I had eaten half of the sandwich. Now I have extreme cramps and I've been vomiting. Symptoms of foodborne botulism in children can include difficulty swallowing, slurred speech, generalized weakness and paralysis. In all cases, botulism does not cause a fever. In severe cases of illness, people may die.
