I tried the grimace shake and within minutes of finishing the shake I was having extreme nausea, about 15 minutes later I was vomiting pretty severely, purple everywhere.

Brown Lettuce Sparks Illness

I got a Mcdouble and 2 Mcchickens. The lettuce looked brown but I didn't realize it until I had eaten half of the sandwich. Now I have extreme cramps and I've been vomiting. My whole body had chills and it's made me extremely weak. I wouldn't want anyone to go through this. Stay away!
