Brown Lettuce Sparks Illness - McDonald's, Murphy North Carolina

I got a Mcdouble and 2 Mcchickens. The lettuce looked brown but I didn't realize it until I had eaten half of the sandwich. Now I have extreme cramps and I've been vomiting.
