I ordered a chicken homewrecker bowl with rice, black beans, mushrooms, lettuce, cheese, guacamole, tomatoes, black olives, and topped with sour cream, queso, and mild sauce. Within a few hours, I had several rounds of diarrhea and vomiting. Kept me up most of the night. Now, I feel weak, but believe I was able to discard what was upsetting my stomach. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
