Got the fajita dell Rey bowl and have thrown up for about 10 hours and diarrhea. Fever is 24 hours in and will not break

Lettuce Tacos Trigger Illness

Ate lettuce wrapped tacos, within 2-3 hours started vomiting non stop. Developed a fever. The vomiting stopped after about 5 hours but the fever and chills lasted another 12 hours.
