I ordered some Chinese food from a restaurant. The chicken and broccoli had mold in it I started eating it and noticed there was mold. I contacted door dash and told them. About a hour after I ate it, I got a horrible headache and vomiting  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache
