Lettuce Illness, Hospital Stay

Towers Cafeteria, ate the lettuce from the salad bar. Texture was kind of strange. Threw up all day, threw up blood, hospitalized from dehydration and took a week to recover.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache, Dehydration
