I picked up my order of a chicken pesto flatbread and a bahama mama smoothie ate around 6:30pm. Began having symptoms of headache, fever, vomiting, nausea, and diarrhea around 4:30am.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Headache
