Went at lunch, around 11:00am on 9/19/18. Ordered a King Caesar wrap in the drive thru lane. Got home, took one bite and I had a mouthful of rotten lettuce. The lettuce was brown, slimy, and rotten. The smell was horrendous. The kale apple slaw was also…
