Ate mussels at about 1:00 P.M. yesterday. At 3:30 all of the listed symptoms started. Within 30 mins. I had to go home. Can not make it to the restroom without help. The only other thing I ate was the bread that comes with it.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
