First Class Meal Illness

I was sick (nausea, vomiting, diarrhea) all night after eating beef-arugula dinner served in First Class cabin on IAH-PSP flight 5869 on 17 December. Ate no other foods and traveled alone so I don't know if it affected anyone else.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
