Drinking capri sun variety pack 30 count, 3 kids puking vomiting and having diarrhea I took a drink myself to verify 100% it was the juice and I had got severe stomach cramping but I didn't drink a whole one so my symptoms weren't as severe as my childrens... Particles floating in juice  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps
