Salsa Nausea and Vomiting

great value cantina style line and garlic salsa. , Just the one person who ate 1/3 of the jar. 12 hrs later started feeling nauseous and unwell. Got worse. Finally threw up 8 hrs later, or 24 hrs from ingestion. Salsa was in the vomit.
