This is the last time I ever touch LUCKY CHARMS CEREAL. The oats are old in this box. My stomach is inflamed and lower GI issues every time I eat it now. Bought a box of Lucky Charms cereal here. Same!! Only I purchased mine from Lodi, Ca at Target. My husband ended up with severe vomiting and diarrhea. Thinking he got food poisoning from somewhere(not lucky charms)I decided to have myself a bowl of magically delicious lucky charms last night and I am a hot mess today, can’t be too far from the toilet. The voluntary recall is due to the FDAs ongoing investigation of an outbreak involving Malichita brand cantaloupe. The cantaloupes have the potential to be contaminated with Salmonella. The... To date, Pacific Trellis Fruit has not received any reports of illness.
Salmonella is an organism which can cause serious and sometimes fatal infections in young children, frail or elderly people, and others with weakened immune systems. Healthy people may experience fever, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea (which may be bloody), and abdominal pain. In rare cases the organism can get into the bloodstream and produce more severe illnesses such as arterial infections (i.e., infected aneurysms), endocarditis and arthritis.

Mexico products scare me. USDA only test small amounts and trucks drive on to deliver. Some products are done eaten and people sicken before they get the tests results back. All this world trade is good for some but if you’re the one sick and suffering or dead then you’re the loser. The worse thing to happen to our foodstuffs is when FDA approved doubling sulfur levels in animals foodstuffs. This also increases in human foods as well. It’s coming from wet milling grains with sulfuric acids type chemicals to separate grains into different parts for more processing
