This has happened to me with LC, as well as Golden Grahams and Chex…ALL General Mills cereals. Sad as they were my favorites.

The food was excellent but gave me extreme cramps and diarrhea afterwards for three days. Not sure what effected me, I had the buffet and tried several things. Suspected source: I had it for breakfast, and my lemonade had ice that had black/grey specks stuck to it. But I felt fine. This is the last time I ever touch LUCKY CHARMS CEREAL. The oats are old in this box. My stomach is inflamed and lower GI issues every time I eat it now. Bought a box of Lucky Charms cereal here. I reheated some taco wraps with sour cream the next day. It like to have killed me. I took two wraps out of refrigarator put in microwave heated them up on Sunday.
