Frozen Pie Causes Illness

Purchased pumpkin pie. The pie was cold and seemed to have been put on the outdoor tables as it had frozen bits to it. I ate a piece and have been sick with stomach cramps, intense pain, nausea, and vomiting. Either it was not stored and handled correctly or undercooked.
