I had a bowl of Lucky Charms cereal this morning. A few hours later I got stomach cramps and severe diarrhea. The diarrhea was bright neon green. I’ve had diarrhea all day now and it remains bright green.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps, Green Stool
