My children both became severely ill after eating this. My 3yr old had it worse. I had to take her to the ER. Vomiting, fever, diarrhea

Headache cramps about 4 hours after eating it - yes I washed the lettuce then diarrhea chills bloated feeling sporadic sleep since 12/4/17. Starting to feel better
