Chicken salad, Was just I had the salad and Symptoms started approximately 12 hours including stomach pains and constipation, fever,chills,Then was told to have a good one by the lady that gave me the salad but I haven’t had a good one since I ate the salad

Wawa Chicken Fingers Illness

It was my first meal of the day and I went to wawa to get chicken fingers, Not even an hour later, I started to get an intense headache and felt nauseous. After about 30 mins after laying down, I started vomiting. It didnt stop until later that night. I will never go there for food again.
