Ate a burger with mayo on it and fries. After a couple hours I got super nauseous. I woke up the next morning with a fever, diarrhea, vomiting, and a headache. I took a COVID test and it came back negative.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Headache
