Fish Sandwich Triggers Symptoms

I ordered the new fish sandwich combo on Feb 17 at around 10:50PM. I came home, ate, and about 30min later my lower stomach started to hurt. Instantly, I had to use the bathroom and it was not pretty to say the least.
