It is clearly obvious it was this location and that I have food poisoning. The only thing I ate last night (1-22-22) was their baconator fries. I woke up at 6am with stomach pain I knew right away I was gonna be sick. Continuously threw up until
about 11am. Along with extreme diarrhea which is still happening (it is now 5pm) I have been able to keep ONLY water down. No sprite, saltine crackers, or jello. It all made me throw up again. While throwing up I would get really sweaty n then when I was done, I would become freezing cold to the point my teeth were chattering and I was shivering. My forehead felt as if I had an ice pack on it but I had no fever this whole time. I continuously checked all day. I thought it could be a stomach bug but anytime I’ve had one before I am always able to hold food down when I am able to hold water. To my knowledge I can only keep water down, I’m too scared to try eating again bc of how many times I have already thrown up. Definitely won’t be eating any fast food for a phat minute!

Phil's Good has issued a recall for various soups and sauces due to the undeclared presence of several allergens. The recall was announced in collaboration with the MAPAQ and the Food Inspection Division of the City of Montreal. While no cases of allergic reactions have been reported
to date, the recall is of particular importance to individuals with sensitivities to the allergens listed or those with celiac disease or other gluten-induced illnesses.
The products in question include
- Meatball Soup Matzoh (900ml). Allergens: Wheat/Soya. Lots: All lots of which the label does not include the mention of the presence of allergens
- Chicken and Noodle Soup (900ml). Allergens: Wheat/Soya. Lots: All lots of which the label does not include the mention of the presence of allergens
- White Beans & Barley (900ml). Allergens: Soya. Lots: All lots of which the label does not include the mention of the presence of allergens
- Garlic Sauce (230g). Allergens: Sulfites. Lots: All lots of which the label does not include the mention of the presence of allergens
- Saffron Aioli (230g). Allergens: Sulfites. Lots: All lots of which the label does not include the mention of the presence of allergens
- Tzatziki Sauce (230g). Allergens: Sulfites (This product could also contain nuts). Lots: All lots of which the label does not include the mention of the presence of allergens
- Andarra Sauce (230g). Allergens: Sulfites (This product could also to contain wheat, of the mustard, from sesame or groundnuts). Lots: All lots of which the label does not include the mention of the presence of allergens
All lots of these products, packaged in transparent plastic containers and sold refrigerated, are included in the recall. The label of the products included, in addition to their name, the words “Phil's Good”. The issue was identified during routine inspections by MAPAQ and the Food Inspection Division of the City of Montreal.
People who are sensitive to the allergens listed above or those with celiac disease are advised not to consume the recalled products. They must return it to the establishment where they bought it.

Wednesday April 10th 2024 I lunch at Beef O Brady's in Lake Wales where I had 6 traditional wings with Curly fries, a tea with Lemon. I ate about noon to 1pm and about 3:30- 4pm started feeling very bloated. About 530 left work having stomach cramps.
Got home about 6pm and had very bad diarrhea with worse stomach cramps. Started having fever, chills, vomiting , and diarrhea all night long. The next day Thursday I felt nauseous, whole body hurts, constant Diarrhea with some vomiting of the water I was doing from feeling dehydrated. This lasted all day into the night. Tried to eat some food, but did not keep much of it down. Friday I still have Diarrhea, cramps,, whole body aches and dehydration. Today Saturday I still have diarrhea, cramps and my knee and hip joints hurt. I have never had food poisoning and this I would not wish for anyone to have.

i ate their caramel rolls, and the only other thing i ate before my symptoms arised was preztel maker, but they’ve never had issues. it was about 10 minutes after i ate their rolls and i started feeling stomach pains.. i didn’t thin much of it and
just thought i needed to go to the bathroom. but, even after i did go, the problems persisted, and i kept waking up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom/throw up.
