Ordered a jr. baconator on Saturday 4/4 at roughly 12:10pm. Left work at 5 feeling fine, got home at 5:45 with intense stomach pain, vomiting. It has been hell for a few hours now.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills

Monday, August 8, 2022, ordered a double cheeseburger with extra lettuce. August 9th, felt fatigue. August 10th, had watery diarrhea, dehydration, fatigue, headache, body aches, but no temperature. August 12th, went to see my doctor. It is now August 22 and am still not up to par.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Something else, Dehydration, Headache, Fatigue, Body Ache
