Sunday night I ate a chicken sandwich. Approximately 4 hours later I became sick. Vomitting, cramps, pain, headaches began the following day. Symptoms continued all day Monday, it’s Tuesday morning symptoms are still here.

Spicy Salad, Severe Vomiting

Ordered the spicy Caesar salad and a lemon/ lime aid. With in an hour. Had uncontrollable vomiting for 5 hours. Chills and hot flashes too.
