Both my partner and I got severe nausea, vomiting and diarrhea hours after consuming this. We both had one of the Jacks singles and a chicken sandwich.

My BF called and said that on 6th 2020, he had the 4 for 4 and had stomach pain, nausea and finally threw up. Chills and diarrhea for a few hours.

I got a FIVE DOLLAR BIGGIE MEAL ON 10/7/19 been having diarrhea and nausea every since.
When I finished my bacon burger and fries pop 20 min I was on toilet 5 times befor I could sleep now I'm at work been on toilet 5 times already before 12 and stomach pain.
