Ate the sandwich. Abdominal cramps started a few hours later. Vomiting soon followed, along with a fever. Lost 7.5% of my body weight in 2 days. On day 3 now, finally able to eat (and stand) again. What idiot didnt wash their hands?

I had the crispy chicken sandwich, fries with honey mustard and a frosty. Within two hours had severe stomach pain and cramping followed by fever, diarrhea and vomiting
