I ordered a spicy chicken asiago sandwich from Wendy’s upon eating the sandwich. The meat was very tough and hard to chew. Once I looked at the meat of the sandwich. The inside of the meat was black. Been sick ever since.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
