Chicken Club Causes Illness

Got an asiago ranch chicken club at around 8 PM, had to wait about 10 minutes for them to make it while the line moved. Felt okay until about 8 AM, woke up to violent vomiting, diarrhea, sulfur burps, headache. Feeling somewhat okay now, at 2PM, but in pain.

Nuggets and Salad Nausea

I ate at 1pm today at the Wendy's on Martin Luther king boulevard. I ordered a small fry , a ceasar salad and a 6pc nugget . I ate the fries and the Caesar salad an about an hour later I had feelings of nausea . Shortly after my stomach started cramping and I began vomiting.
