I ate at 1pm today at the Wendy's on Martin Luther king boulevard. I ordered a small fry , a ceasar salad and a 6pc nugget . I ate the fries and the Caesar salad an about an hour later I had feelings of nausea . Shortly after my stomach started cramping and I began vomiting. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
