Last week Friday I had a chicken sandwich and fry. That night late about 3 am I had extreme upper stomach pain, bloating, fever nausea and horrific diarrhea. For the next few days any thing I ate can right back out.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Bloating, Stomach Pain
