Ordered tortilla soup, on Thursday,July 10th, at10:00PM, via Doordash. Later, that night, incurred diarrhea, stomach pain and nausea with vomiting. Went to Urgent care, where I was diagnosed with salmella poisoning. Symptoms still include nausea and stomach pain and unable to eat or keep liquids down.
