Started having a severe stomachache almost immediately after eating a pepperoni pretzel from there, continued to have sharp pains in the stomach and back area as well as diarrhea all night continuing into the next day. Had to call out of work from the pain.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain
