“Earlier in the day, I had chicken, a chicken sandwich, shrimp, coleslaw, macaroni and cheese, and biscuits. I vomited 3 times later that night, and I had diarrhea. “I went in and picked up my bowl to go right before closing The beginning of this week. They had plenty of food left over but didn’t even fill my bowl.
