Severe Reaction After Wings

Vomiting and diarrhea initially occurred at about 9:30am on 1/4. A couple of hours later, I experienced two episodes of passing out within 5 minutes of each other. The second one occurred while I was vomiting and having diarrhea again.

Cold Wings, Quick Illness

I got my normal six piece wings with fries, like I usually do every week, I DoorDash, that like usual. I noticed that the food was a little on the colder side, and it came quicker than usual. And when I finish my meal everything went downhill, I couldn’t even finish my mail to begin with.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea
