Raw Chicken Refund Received

So on September 27, 2018 I was sold RAW chicken from wingstop . Since they did not appear raw from the outside I actually CONSUMED the chicken. I am beyond disgusted! When I went to management they gave me a refund. I asked if they knew WHY the food they were serving was raw???
