I ordered egg fried rice with prawn but after 4 hours of consuming it I got cough and sore throat.

Noodle & Udon Illness

My brother dabao two packet of rice, one packet of noodle and one packet of udon from here. My family who ate the rice had no issues. The ones who ate the noodle & udon had either diarrhea or vomitting or both.
