I ate the chicken Philly with lettuce and tomato on Tuesday. Afternoon that night I had the chills real bad and diarrhea started Wednesday morning I’m still getting the chill and the diarrhea has worsen. Every time I eat something it comes straight out.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Chills
