Started yesterday afternoon I ate at xchimilco its an authentic mexican restaurant I ate a taco salad, shredded chicken, shredded cheese, sour cream, the shell, guacamole, chips, and salsa. I felt fine after eating until the next day  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Fever, Chills, Weakness
