2 days ago on 7/24 I ordered the salmon Caesar salad. The lettuce was wilted and parts appeared to be spoiled. I figured I would be just fine. Boy was I wrong.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
