Wednesday December 20, 2023. Purchased Great 8 meal and chicken finger plate. Two individuals sick with food poisoning. Went to Fast Pace Urgent Care in Portland, TN. Experiencing two days of vomiting, diarrhea, fever, chills, light-headed, dehydration. Diagnosis: food poisoning.
