Grilled Salad Causes Collapse

Today around 2pm I had their grilled chicken salad with ranch dressing. 20 minutes later I had severe nausea, diarrhea, cramping, hot/cold chills and sweat through my clothes. It was so bad I passed out on their bathroom floor and injured my head and nose. Had to go to Urgent Care.
